Pat is accountable for the overall financial health of the company. Responsible for setting strategic direction for the company and providing support and leadership for all department Directors and Managers to help them carry out objectives and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Pat is responsible for managing some of our in-house contracts. Promoting a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance and rewards productivity is her overall goal.

Jeff had 30+ years of management experience in the hospitality and live event industry. As the DOSO, Jeff plays a critical role in improving processes and providing analysis that helps the sales organization run effectively and efficiently in alignment with massAV business strategies and objectives.
Jeff also manages the Gillette Stadium (Go Patriots!) and Colwen Hotel accounts.
Jeff and his wife Janice have 4 children. Jeff enjoys gardening and working around the house. When he can escape the responsibilities of family and work he enjoys getting out on the golf course, hitting the ball and forever trying to get his handicap lower!
Aaron is responsible for massAV’s technology strategy, staff technical evaluation and training. He also oversees the company’s fleet and facilities departments and leads a cross-functional research and development team for an industry-leading inventory of tools and equipment. Aaron brings more than 21 years of industry experience to the role, including work as a Project Manager and Technical Director, as well as various hands-on technical roles while remaining highly involved with the engineering design of many large-scale projects. His degrees include a B.S. in Leadership & Business Administration from Northeastern University, and an MBA from Babson College.
Peter is a leading member of the business development team at massAV. In his position as Director of Sales, Peter works closely with his team and clients to help deliver on their communication goals through the production of live events, video content and presentation support. Peter can be counted on to bring thoughtful ideas forward, to engage his clients in active discussions and design programs with great impact.
Peter’s greatest joy is spending time with his wife Kim watching their three daughters, Meghan, Emma and Sophie grow.
As Director of Human Resources Melissa is responsible for overall HR services, policies and programs including benefits, compensation, performance, staffing and training as well as implementation of processes and systems.
Melissa brings nearly 20 years of corporate experiences in human resources, learning and development and change management and enjoys partnering with other professionals as a Business and Personal coach certified at Babson College. She also has a B.S. from Bryan University.
Melissa is married to Karl and has 2 children. Melissa has always enjoyed swimming and is a Red Cross certified Safety Instructor.
Paul brings over 25 years of accounting and financial experience to the position of Controller/Director of Finance, where he is responsible for financial reporting and operations. Paul has experience working with both public and private companies and has successfully managed businesses during periods of substantial growth.
Paul brings an MBA from Suffolk University with him to the role. He and his wife, Patti, have 2 children. Paul is a dedicated Patriots and Bruins fan and enjoys playing golf when time allows.
Before joining massAV Bob worked at Cramer Digital Marketing for more than 20 years, starting as a Senior Sound Designer and Video/Film Director and eventually taking on the role of Senior Creative Director. Bob brings his depth of production and design experience working with many of the largest global brands in business today.
Bob’s done it all. His list of past identities includes musician, designer, sound engineer, director, and writer. Maybe it’s those varied passions that help Bob create such extraordinary and immersive experiences. Or maybe it’s that he truly loves his work.
Rich “Mank” carries over 25 years of management, event and video production experience. Drawing from this depth of experience from his tenure with NRT and BlueEyed Production, Rich brings fresh perspective to massAV Operations by combining strategic direction, staffing and leadership as well as hands on experience producing and directing a wide variety of live and recorded media. An avid Red Sox fan, youth sports coach and proud family man, Rich and his wife Tina have two amazing children.
Aaron joined massAV in 2015 as a Senior Project Manager, bringing 10 years of live event production experience to the organization. He spent 7 years on the road as a video engineer and video crew chief for major music tours based in Nashville. He has also worked extensively in corporate audio video production in both Washington DC and Boston. His specialties include LED walls, projection, and camera work. He is an effective leader and problem solver who operates with a client-first mentality.
With more than 15 years of experience in a wide range of production roles, Aaron represents one of our finest Technical Directors. Traveling around the country, and the globe, is just another day at the office for Aaron. His diverse skills as a lead audio engineer and rigger with multiple certifications give Aaron a depth of experience unmatched in the industry. Aaron’s innate production senses make him massAV’s “go-to” on shows both large and small. His ingenuity, innovation, and uncanny ability to find the perfect solution with remarkable calm keeps him on every client’s A-list.
Andy started out as a camera operator, shooting primarily sports in the Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts. He later moved to Boston where he expanded on his camera operation skills, live and studio audio work, as well as projection for private clients, clubs, and music festivals. Andy enjoys producing music. In his free time you can find him playing the keyboard, skiing, and enjoying the New England coast.
As an Executive Producer, Blair has produced a significant number of events, videos and business communication tools that have strategically and effectively communicated with audiences across the globe. With every video and every event, Blair ensures that the message is effectively and creatively delivered. Blair’s strong business, technical and theatrical experience energetically conspire to ensure that there is a sense of energy on the stage and in your video – and that your specific audience receives the carefully designed experience that we have prepared for them.
Bob has been part of the massAV team for 17 years. Bob is the Labor & Logistics Manager and is a logistical genius. Bob takes great pride in insuring that every event is staffed with the best technical team from the project manager down to the last stagehand and that all truck drivers arrive to their destination at the designated time appointed to them. Bob is at the heart of our success on events and is the “go to” person for every labor call.
With a strong background in event coordination & video production, Carolyn is a valued creative producer. She has experience in both creating and managing, which is why she clicks so well with the team. Carolyn likes to believe that she walks the line between the creative and the logistically sound. Communicating between massAV’s creative team and the client is where you’ll find Carolyn — right in the middle and she couldn’t be happier about it!
Chad St. Onge is the AV Manager providing audio visual service to the Sheraton and Portsmouth Events Center properties. Chad has a strong audio background and has recently earned an Associates Degree in Audio Production from the New England Institute of Art. Chad is also a member of the Audio Engineering Society.
Chad lives in Kittery, ME and enjoys Audio Recording.
Chris joined the massAV team in 2005, bringing with him his Television/Radio production experience at La Salle University. After a seven-year tenure working as the Director of Audio Visual Services at The Westin Providence he transitioned into the role of Senior Project Manager. He has since expanded his technical knowledge and headed many successful events for massAV. Clients appreciate his attention to detail and communication skills.
Chris enjoys spending time with his loving wife and son, competing in USTA Tennis leagues, and traveling to places he has never been to before.
Chris started working at MassAV in 2014 at the age of 20. He provides A/V services and support at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine. Functions include, but are not limited to, corporate events, company meetings, and weddings. He lives on the beautiful coast of Maine near the resort.
Chris has worked in the production business for the past 12 years – 8 of which has been as a part of the massAV team. Chris’s role as a project manager and driver is to make sure that events are adequately equipped with the right gear, according to budget and client needs. He’s a valuable asset to the project manager team.
As Staff Accountant/AP Specialist Cindy is responsible for all facets of accounts payable, the maintenance and administration of the online expense reporting tool and the posting of daily cash receipts. She has a BS from UMass Lowell and 25 years of experience in the field.
Dave recently moved back to the area after a 15 year career in Las Vegas working in the events industry. He has a lot of experience in all disciplines and is a strong project leader. Dave understands the importance of content and message delivery and always strives for the very best presentation for our clients.
Dave began his audiovisual career in 2007. He has been in-house Director of Audiovisual Services for several Rhode Island hotels and has honed his technical abilities as a freelance video technician. In 2015 he joined massAV as a Project Manager, bringing his background in event production and customer service to the team.
As an Account Executive, Demetra draws on a host of diverse skills and experience. With over 16 years of media sales experience, in radio, television, and digital media, Demetra is uniquely positioned to bring value and support to a wide variety of production programs across multiple client industries.
Demetra is a fitness instructor in her spare time and enjoys singing and tap dancing. She currently lives in Lowell, MA with her husband and 3 children.
I have worked at massAV for twelve years. I am proud to be a part of massAv’s growth from a small A.V. company doing shows with small sound systems and overhead projectors, to the large corporate events using state of the art equipment producing mind-blowing results.
Doug began his career in the audio visual industry in 1999, joining the massAV team in 2003. Doug’s relaxed style and commitment to his customers have resulted in several long term relationships with key accounts. In his down time, Doug is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys long walks in the forest, kayaking and relaxing around the family homestead.
Greg’s experience in film and video production began in Poland where he directed several documentaries and worked as a 2nd assistant director on numerous film productions. During this period he had the good fortune of working on the set of Steve Spielberg’s Schindler’s List for the film’s entire shoot. His travels then took him to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he worked as a 1st assistant director on television commercials. After returning to the United States he became a video production freelancer as well as a video technician for live events – a perfect combination for his editor position at MassAV.
In the time James has been at massAV he has helped massAV grow from a fleet of vans delivering slide and overhead projectors (yes S-L-I-D-E projectors) to a fleet of trucks delivering cutting edge technology in audio, video and lighting to support the many meetings and events done annually. James has progressed from managing equipment to managing the purchasing and sub-rental processes as well, which is so vital to our success.

Jamie has been with massAV for 10+ years and currently supports our services at Gillette Stadium. Throughout the years Jamie has worked in a variety of rolls including Project Manager, A1, A2 and AV Tech. He plays a vital role in supporting world class events at Gillette Stadium.
Joe has been part of the massAV team for the past 16 years as an AV Tech/Project Manager. Early in his career, Joe has supported our many corporate and hotel clients on the evening shift preparing for the morning meetings or striking equipment from an earlier meeting. As we have moved away from the daily rental of equipment, Joe is working on setting the larger events and his goal is to drive the larger trucks although he has spent that last 15 years moving through streets of Boston in a massAV van.
Joe enjoys Halloween and Christmas and is the de-facto decorator for the company on these holidays. He enjoys vacations in Las Vegas.
As a Senior Producer, Joey works with her team and clients to make sure all of the details are covered. After graduating with a BA from Emerson College, Joey has spent the last 10+ years working on various live events, video productions, and national television productions.
From the South Shore to the North Shore, this Massachusetts native has enjoyed living on both coasts. She currently lives in Burlington, MA with her husband and son. When she’s not producing events for massAV’s biggest clients, Joey loves spending her free time photographing weddings, kid’s parties, and taking family portraits.
I am responsible for providing audio visual and event production services to customers of the Wentworth By The Sea, a Marriott Resort hotel on the New Hampshire Seacoast. the clients range from small executive retreats to large multinational conferences, as well as some of the most spectacular weddings and special events held in the area.
I live on the New Hampshire Seacoast with my wife Jane and three children and I am an avid sport fisherman.
Jon-Paul Royer has been with massAV for about 20 years. He’s a former DJ and is still a very active musician. He sings, plays guitar and bass with many local projects. This includes his award winning band “Tigerlily” that continues to perform throughout the New England area since they started 25 years ago. His strong music and audio background has kept him in high demand by our clients. Jon-Paul is capable and well-liked by his clients. He studied MIS at Dean College and has been married since 2002.
His passions are spending time with his wife and friends at his summer camp in the Lake Region of New Hampshire, boating, motorcycle trips, and traveling throughout the northeast. He is a very dedicated New England Patriots fan. Go Patriots!
Kim is a part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist in our accounting department. She holds a BSBA degree from Merrimack College and 30+ years of experience in the accounting field ranging from General Accounts Manager in the Aerospace Industry to self-employment as an Accountant and Tax Preparer. She is married and the mother of three boys.
Quinn began his A/V career at the Walt Disney Company in 1992 for Disney Event Group. He has worked in roles such as Warehouse Technician, Video Show Team / Projectionist & Video Production Planner for In House Disney Corporate meetings and Corporate Groups that would come to Disney for their conferences and events. I followed my wife here to Maine in 2010, Started with massAV in 2011, I am currently Regional Director over the Marriott Sable Oaks & Samoset Resort. I oversee sales for both properties and provide A/V Services and Technical Support to our Guest & Clients for Corporate Meetings and Weddings. In my free time I enjoy the outdoors of shooting, hiking, biking, camping & whitewater rafting.
Mark Leone is the Director of AV Services at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel and Conference Center. He brings over 25 years of experience in the corporate communications field, providing superior support for both external and internal clients alike. He is well liked, organized and very professional.
Mary plays a pivotal role as an HR/Benefits Specialist. She brings 20+ year experience to her new role. She has spent the last 18 years in the medical device field doing every facet of HR work. She is married and has 2 grown children and is an avid Boston sports fan.
Matt started at massAV in August of 2011 at the age of 20. He works in the warehouse making sure all the equipment needed for an event makes it there. He is part of making that team a success.
Patrick grew up locally in Stoneham, MA. His first exposure to AV was during some live productions in high school. He enjoys working in the warehouse on the Quality team ensuring all of our equipment is ready to perform for our clients. Outside of work Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors as an avid landscaper.
Richard understands events and production from multiple perspectives, from vendor to facility to customer. He shares his 30+ years’ experience as a technician, producer, director, and Account Executive by offering his clients solutions that are both practical and creative. Since 2002, Richard has delivered unfailing customer service for massAV, providing intense attention to detail while always keeping an eye on the big picture. He knows that technical support is the most important component of an event. It’s a difference maker, and is critical for successful communication. He appreciates the unique importance of each and every event/production and takes great pride in seeing a project’s careful planning come to successful fruition.
Richard is a published writer and photographer, with a Bachelors from Emerson College. He enjoys a diverse range of music, books, and movies, relaxing on the porch with a craft beer or glass of Pinot Noir, and watching the tide roll in (and out again). He’s an avid bicyclist, an accomplished story teller, and the World’s Greatest Dad, 1996 to the Present… with the T-Shirts to prove it.
Rob has over 28 years of experience in the music industry: performance, recording, set building/design, and sound engineering. He also has many years of hands-on mechanical and electronic work, carpentry skills, voice and data wiring, and cable TV and satellite installation under his belt.
Rob is married and has 3 girls. He is still in the music scene playing in cover bands and also recording original material.
Ron has worked at massAV since 1995, a 17-year veteran. He started as an AV Technician/driver and today is a QC Manager in the staging department managing events throughout New England. He is extremely organized and detail oriented. Ron also plays a key role in supporting our in-house hotels as the “fill in” Director of AV Services. He is very capable in this role and well liked by our clients.
Sarith joined the massAV team more than 18 years ago starting out as a road technician/delivery driver. Since then he has become an integral part to the Operations Department as the Operations Manager. His main role now is to oversee all events, staging deliveries and set ups. ‘Nemhy’ runs a tight ship in the warehouse and likes to make sure that all events run as smoothly as possible. He may be short in height but not in stature.

I live in Manchester, NH and love to spend all my free time at the dragstrip or fishing.
Sean started his career as a musician working for a music store in the Providence, RI area, later becoming a stagehand. After learning a bit about the business, he started freelancing as an A/V Technician. Sean has worked for several different companies in New England while freelancing and has found a full-time home at massAV.
Stephanie is the Audio Visual Manager at the Portland Marriott at Sable Oaks. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from the University of Southern Maine in 2010. She is proud to have been with massAV since 2012.
Stephanie lives in North Windham, Maine with her wife, Laura, their dog, Penny, their two cats, Spotty and Kitkat, and they are expecting a baby boy in August of 2016. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family on Sebago Lake.
Steve is a Senior Commercial Truck driver for massAV. Steve recently achieved his Class A License after classes and testing. This is a significant achievement. Steve assists in the maintenance of our fleet. He is a skilled auto mechanic and he has a degree in audio recording and sound. Steve has over a million hours behind the wheel. He has been with massAV for 14 years.
Steve spent most of the 1990’s working on the road, either for various bands as a FOH Engineer, Monitor Engineer, Tour Manager and Instrument Tech; or for companies working on corporate events. After getting married in 1999 he gradually stopped the madness and eventually wound up working full time at massAV as a Project Manager. Steve found that he’s best suited for the challenges and constant changes of working on live events. Somewhere along the way he also learned video projection and switching… for good measure.
Steve is happily married to a wonderful woman who is a lighting designer and has a lovely teenage daughter.
At the beginning of his career, Steve was a DJ for nearly 10 years. He later went to school at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and then moved to Orlando where he worked at a radio station doing voiceover and advertisements. Steve’s interests have shifted slightly to the audio/visual world. He is happy to be at massAV as a quality control technician.
As Event Strategist/Stage Manager at massAV, Steven Hubbard draws on his more than 25 years in the event and production business in the greater Boston area to keep his clients happy. In fact, with such a broad background, Steve has pretty much seen and done it all. From corporate events to amusement parks, beauty pageants to all-star games, traveling shows and permanent installations, Hubbard’s been involved with some of the industry’s preeminent staging’s and events.
He has worn many different hats in his career – producer, production manager, stage manager, director – and worked on projects in 45 states and four continents, establishing solid production skills and a solid list of production resources (and a keen list of good local eateries) he’s famous for AND willing to share!
Thomas graduated from New England Institute of Technology with a degree in Multimedia Design in 2001. He started his AV career in 2008, but has been helping people with their AV needs for a much longer time. Since starting his career, Thomas has pursued the video side of the industry. He ensures a proper product because he lives by this saying: “Thinking isn’t knowing”.
Thomas enjoys spending his time off with his family. He and his wife, Mary, have two energetic boys, Blake and Ryan. They have a dog named Ollie and a turtle named Keith.
Tiago has a strong background in theatrical lighting with over 7 years of experience. He learned this trade from his father, a professional lighting designer. Tiago is originally from Brooklyn, but now lives just north of Boston.
Not only is Traci a talented animator and editor, but she also has a strong background in marketing and live events—making her a valuable asset to the Creative team here at massAV. Traci has her pulse on the industry and leading video trends and is always up for learning new techniques to incorporate into current projects. It’s this type of frequent education and evaluation that helps keep massAV in the forefront of the industry.
Bill Donovan is the Director of Audio Visual Services at the massAV office at Gillette Stadium and The Renaissance Hotel @ Patriot Place. massAV’s largest in-house office is managed by Bill, an 11 year veteran of massAV who has risen quickly in the ranks from his 1st days as an AV technician. Bill and his staff work with many of New England’s largest corporate clients in this massive facility. From setting up field related events on the stadium turf , 1500 person events in the clubhouse or ballroom functions in the Hotel these facilities keep massAV on the go! Of course nothing beats working with the New England Patriots or Revolution on their team related functions. Bill and his staff continue to show our clients what superior customer service is really about. GO NEW ENGLAND!!
