Challenge

Each year, NICE brings together over 1,600 partners, prospects, and employees for their Annual User Conference – Interactions. In the weeks and days leading to the conference, NICE rebranded itself and made a significant acquisition that cemented its place as THE MARKET LEADER. Interactions had to live up to both of these BIG moments and deliver a world-class experience. For this moment, NICE turned to Stagedge to help with the design and production of the event including the General Session Keynotes, Breakout Tracks, and the Product Showcase.

Stagedge Solutions

Stagedge responded by designing an event as BIG as the news NICE had to share. The general session stage dominated the space through a 15’ x 75’ projection screen framed by truss and LED lighting that ensured there was not a bad seat in the house.  All content, video elements, and animations were created to take full advantage of the canvas and deliver IMPACT with every click. Seamless stage management, sound technical direction, and beautiful lighting set the tone for a dynamic opening experience and for keynote presentations and conversations that are carried out of the ballroom and beyond.

The product showcase was designed to be an interactive journey exposing all attendees to the innovations possible through NICE and its partners. To continue the look from the general session, each booth was designed as a part of a solution pavilion wrapped in a truss with LED lighting. Booths were designated by brand colors and signage that indicated location. Attendees were given a passport to document their journey and given a chance to win a prize.

Outcome

The event was closely managed from initial design through the General Session closing ensuring each key moment was delivered upon. Since 2011, Stagedge has been fortunate to be a preferred partner to NICE for their key event programs including the Interactions User Conference, Americas Sales Kick-off, Global Sales Kick-off, and Investor’s Meeting.
