Key Production Offerings
The first five minutes of your General Sessions are pivotal. Properly
produced, they will captivate your audience and set the tone for your event.
For a recent technology company meeting, massAV
developed and introduced the company’s theme in a
theatrical performance of audio, video and lasers.
Media Services/Video Production:
massAV’s opening video module driven by a
progressive alternative sound track defined the
tone for the conference with visual metaphors of
“destroying the competition”. An association
with extreme sports symbolized “leading edge”
products.

Scenic / Environmental Design
 During
the final segment of the opening video, lasers began to flood the
ballroom in unison with images from the video. The lasers came from
three areas of the room that focused atmospheric treatments over the
audience.
The climax of the opening
module was to reveal a nine-foot diameter metal frame globe of the
event theme, rigged over the center of the stage and draped with a
black Shark’s Tooth scrim, a kabuki mechanism dropped the scrim
revealing the globe on the last note of the music. With a blast of
focused light and haze, the spinning globe emerged as the President
and CEO stepped on the stage to thunderous applause. |
