Event Lifecycle

Events are a key part of any marketing strategy designed to connect with audiences, motivate teams and inspire action.

However, successful events are much more than a once-a-year conference. Often, it is the hard work and communication prior to an event and your ability to “continue the conversation” once the event has ended that makes the impact lasting.

We recognize this “Event Lifecycle” and provide a wide range of solutions and services created to help you maximize your event and to stay connected to your communities of users, partners and employees.

Program Management & Communication Process

Each new project at massAV is assigned a Core Creative/Technical Team. The Core Creative/Technical Team stays with your project through pre-production, on-site and post follow up.

During the planning phase, the team works closely with you to map out all phases of the event, taking special care to adhere to the creative vision, while anticipating and solving all potential obstacles.

During the event, the team provides direction and logistical support and, as a team, can respond swiftly and capably to changes in the event plan.

During the event, we will transform that same production schedule into a minute-by-minute detailed show flow that contains every single detail that our combined team needs to execute your program.

It is always massAV’s unyielding commitment to provide you with the highest level of customer service, creativity and execution possible.
