Doug Cummings, Account Executive

Doug began his career in the audio visual industry in January of 1999 as the Accounts Manager at the World Trade Center/Seaport Hotel. In December of 1999, he was promoted to Account Manager citywide. In June of 2003, Doug was hired by massAV as the Director of AV Services Wentworth by the Sea, a Marriott Hotel and Spa. Doug’s dedication to service and commitment to customer satisfaction gained success for massAV. Doug continues his level of service and commitment as massAV’s newest Account Executive for the Northern Region. Doug and his wife of 26 years, Judith, reside in Nottingham, New Hampshire and have two daughters.
 

Richard Ferrara, Account Executive

Twenty years in audio visual and event management have given Richard a broad understanding of many aspects of the event industry. He began his career as a technician for a national AV company and was soon on the road coordinating conference and tradeshow support for some of the country's largest medical, educational, and industrial associations. His experience also includes success as the Director of Audio Visual Services at 5-star hotels, Conference Manager for a number of IT-based conventions, and producing audio visual training materials for international distribution.

As an Account Executive at massAV Richard is meticulous in his planning and focused 100% on customer satisfaction. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and unique perspective from multiple sides of the industry provides a comfort level to his clients and versatile solutions to their events.
 

Blair Howell, Account Executive

Blair brings a broad range of business, technical and creative skills to the client engagement. His detail-oriented management style generates a distinctive blend of creative and technical know-how that enables clients to effectively communicate with willing listeners. With an unwavering focus on quality performance and message delivery, he ensures that each client receives the high quality service, production and creativity that all massAV customers have come to expect.

With a degree in Economics and over 20 years producing, directing and performing in live traditional and business theater, Blair has a unique background that blends business management with theatrical know-how.

As your account executive, Blair is dedicated to ensuring that every promise is kept and each resource is meticulously accounted for. He has extensive experience in the pharma/biotech, high-tech and consumer goods/services industries for such companies as Unisys, IBM, HP, EMC, Sony, Lucent, Genzyme, Bose, Sherwin Williams and many more.
